Ideologue was a term first coined for the members of the French revolution. The root of the word is idea and logos, logos meaning on who is immersed in an idea or driven by it. The sense of the word, today, is of a person who support, fervently, an ideology.




An advocate of a particular ideology, especially an official exponent of that ideology.


Usage :
